Mula digs. This is the mansion of the root — the drive to get underneath a thing, past its symptoms, past its story, to the buried cause. A placement here is philosophically fearless: it will pull up the floorboards of any belief, institution, or relationship to see what it actually stands on, including its own. Ketu’s rulership makes the digging spiritual at bottom — Mula is searching for what remains when everything removable is removed. The shadow is uprooting as reflex, destruction that arrives before discernment. The instruction is patience at the root: some things are dug up to be examined. Some are dug up to be replanted.
