The Agreement Between Us
Effective April 23, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Soul Convergence at soulconvergence.io, operated by AI Tech Magic LLC(“we,” “our,” “us”). By purchasing or using Soul Convergence, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Soul Convergence provides digital spiritual readings synthesized from multiple traditions, including Western astrology, Vedic astrology (sidereal nakshatras), karmic astrology, numerology, etheric magic, and Haitian ancestral cosmology. Readings are computed from real ephemeris data and assembled into a written blueprint delivered by email.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to purchase or use Soul Convergence. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the birth information you provide is accurate and your own (or that you have authorization from the person whose chart is being computed).
3. Purchases & Delivery
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are displayed in US Dollars at checkout. Once payment is confirmed, your reading is generated and delivered to the email address you provided. Delivery is typically immediate; in rare cases of computation or email delivery delay, please allow up to twenty-four (24) hours and contact us if your reading has not arrived.
4. No Refunds
Soul Convergence delivers a custom digital product immediately upon purchase. All sales are final. If you experience a technical error — a failed delivery, a corrupted file, a computation issue — write to us at hello@soulconvergence.io and we will make it right, typically by re-running and re-delivering your reading at no additional cost.
5. Important Disclaimer
Soul Convergence readings are offered for reflection, exploration, and entertainment. They are not medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, psychiatric advice, or a substitute for any professional consultation.
The interpretations rest on traditions whose claims have not been validated by the methods of modern science. If you are facing a health, legal, financial, or mental-health concern, please consult a licensed professional. Do not start, stop, or change any treatment, contract, or significant life decision based on the contents of your reading.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your birth data and the personal facts you provide. AI Tech Magic LLC retains ownership of the Soul Convergence platform — the source code, design, brand, the Convergence Engine methodology, and the written reading template structure.
The reading you receive is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may print it, share it with a partner or practitioner, and refer to it freely. You may not resell it, republish it as your own work, or use it to train competing models.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, automate, or otherwise abuse the service or its APIs.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying algorithms.
- Impersonate another person or submit birth data that is not yours and not authorized.
- Use the service to harass, defame, or harm any individual.
- Interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the service.
8. Warranties
Soul Convergence is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the interpretations are scientifically validated, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that any specific outcome will follow from applying the reading to your life.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Tech Magic LLC's total liability to you in connection with the service is capped at the amount you paid for your reading. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, or emotional distress arising from your use of the service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Tech Magic LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, damage, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
13. EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights that apply to you under your local law. Where local consumer law conflicts with these Terms, your local law prevails to the extent of the conflict.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of Soul Convergence after changes take effect indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
