Refunds

Our work is delivered as digital reports and cards, prepared per-order using a combination of astrological calculation and editorial writing. Once a report has been generated and delivered, we cannot un-generate it.

Blueprint reports — If your Blueprint has been delivered and something is factually wrong (a birth time we mis-entered, a chart calculation error), write to hello@soulconvergence.io within 14 days. We’ll correct it and re-issue at no cost.

Blueprint reports, undelivered — If you’ve paid but not yet received your Blueprint after 24 hours, write to hello@soulconvergence.io. We’ll investigate and either deliver or refund in full.

Bond Blueprint, partner did not consent — A Bond Blueprint is only generated once both people have consented. If your partner declines, withdraws, or does not consent within 30 days after we’ve offered them the reading, nothing is generated and we refund you in full, automatically. You don’t need to ask.

Bond Blueprint, delivery issue — If we cannot complete your order for a delivery-related reason we cannot resolve, we refund you in full. Contact hello@soulconvergence.io if your order status is unclear.

Bond Blueprint, other refund circumstances — Certain other circumstances covered in our Terms may result in a refund. Where a refund to your original payment method is no longer possible, we issue store credit toward any Soul Convergence product, with no expiry. We do not confirm or comment on the circumstances of any specific refund.

Tripwire ($9) and Snapshot (free) — These are delivered instantly. Refunds are not offered on the tripwire, given the price point and delivery model. If something went genuinely wrong, write and we’ll make it right.
